•Terms: We accept Visa, Master Charge, Money Orders, Personal and Company Checks (order will be shipped after check clears).

•Shipping/Handling: We charge a flat S&H fee at the time of check-out on your order. For areas outside the continental U.S. please e-mail us for availability of service. Additional shipping time may be required for larger items, certain jewelry and some items that we do not keep physically in stock.

(WHOLESALE)
•Minimum Orders: No minimum requirement for retail sales. There is a $50.00/US requirement for wholesale sales. Please see our wholesale section for other business to business requirements.

•Return Policy: No cash refunds. Returned damaged/defected goods for exchange only. If item is not available for exchange a store credit will be issued to you. Notification within 3 days after delivery is required if there is a problem with your order.DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON NEON PRODUCTS.
